First check your sensors are working by connecting them and check record triggerlog for a stripe.
primeray is blue and secundaire is red. use a magnet (hall) or piece of iron to trigger.
If this works you know your signals are ok.
Now connect the audio...

Have you tried playing the C004 pattern directly to a pair of speakers? Just mute primary or secondary trigger and you´ll hear which is what. (Hint: Left is Primary  )

It turned out that the Battery Calibration was the clue. I add small wire from AVCC to +5v. (I left AREF alone).

Immediately I could reset the calibration and this was within limits.

Wiring for the wb is correct and checked again. I pulled the full harness for the WB out of the car and checked it for rubbing issues or burns but found nothing wrong. I ohmed the wires out to see if something was cross wired but it isn't.

If you are outside 97...105 for zero voltage, there are definitely something wrong. Do not connect sensor!

Normally changing zero value by one digit voltage changes output by aprox 0.3V.

In simple - anywhere except missing gap. IMO more comfortable so (in historical sequence): camsignal (anywhere) ->missing gap->spark in 1st cylinder.
additional settings allow to use various more complicated trigger patterns.
